Hamadan studied Electrical installation and Industrial electrical Installation both through VSOMO program at VETA Kipawa. Before he joined the program he was working with one of secondary school in Dar es salaam as Security Guard. When he joined the program because it is affordable, flexible to allow him to work and study at the same time, and easy to learn using the mobile phone. He was able to attend practical session at afternoon session and in evening he was reporting to work for the night shift. After finishing the first program he was promoted from security guard and electronic technician for the school, his income increased to impact his daily living. He was motivated to join industrial installation course to gain more knowledge and secure to secure working license from EWURA.
